Meet the Executive Director,
Michelle “Mick” Villareal

Mick, originally from Crescent City, California, brings over 17 years of experience in senior living. A graduate of College of the Redwoods with an Associate of Arts degree, she began her career in a skilled nursing facility where she spent 15+ years in various roles, including Administrator, gaining extensive healthcare and leadership experience. She later advanced to Executive Director and Regional Executive Director, supporting multiple communities in enhancing operations and ensuring exceptional resident care.

Now a resident of Cape Coral, Florida, Mick continues her passion for serving seniors and fostering thriving communities.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
